HFS+ on Windows

Hi all,

Is there some Paragon's GURU here? I'm sure there is, and I need your help.

Using HFS+ For Windows 10 from Paragon, I'm able to read from/write to
HFS+ devices, and this works fine.
Now, I would like to format such devices from Xojo app.

1) How to detect that Paragon's HFS+ for Windows is installed? I didn't
find no specific service nor dedicated entry in the Registry,
2) How to format from Xojo, given that I'm used to using FORMAT shell
command, and this command does not recognize (in /FS: option) HFS or
HFS+ FS?

Any information or advice welcome.

Don't know what I didt, but there is a lot of Registry entries, in
particular this one:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Hfsplus, value
start, data 3

Seems to be the main service used by Paragon HFS+. Do you agree? Is it
sufficient to test this key to ensure that HFS+ is installed and running?

Currently no reply for point 2, but I'm afraid Paragon HFS+ only reads
and writes on HFS+ formatted volumes and doesn't format them.
