releasing empty app shell to run javascript web-apps

does xojo allow you to release an "empty"
app that serves to run the javascript code
that would, on a web-site, be a "web-app"?


a thing somewhat like the "electron" shell...


indeed, has xojo itself released such a shell?


i'd like to hear an official ruling from xojo,
rather than some outsider's opinion on it.
