HFS+ on Windows, part 2!

Hi all,

Now I'm looking for Mediafour MacDrive gurus!

Using MacDrive For Windows 10 from MediaFour, I'm able to read
from/write to HFS+ devices, and this works fine.
Now, I would like to format such devices from Xojo app.

Given that MacDrive provides MDDiskManager utility to create/format HFS+
volumes, is there a DOS command or a DLL call able to do the same thing?
Of course, AFAIK, DOS command Format does not recognize any HFS option.

Any information or advice welcome.
